Release old blockages that are holding you back from stepping into your true power through conscious breathing technique (Kristina) and deep energy work (Vera).
Kristina and Vera will combine their forces to hold space for you and other women on Saturday May 2nd @2PM.
Vera (@magnetism_and_events), a powerful energy reader, based in Porto, is joining us to remove blockages through Magnetism, Reiki and her medicinal Shamanic drum.
Her intention for this session is to release blockages and stored trauma from your body that is preventing you from using your true voice.

Guides you through soft breathwork designed to help you land in your body, slow down your system, and reconnect to your inner presence.
From there, you are invited to attune to what wants to be seen, felt, and heard within you, at your own pace.
Especially in a time of turmoil it is important to get together as women and realign with our own inner strength.

HOW TO PREPARE?
👘 Please come in comfortable clothing. Yoga mats & blankets available at event
🍶 Drink plenty of water during the day & after the immersion (helps to support your body in releasing)
🥗 Eat light before the session (avoid alcohol & drugs)
😌 No prior experience needed
