Have an idea, project, or side hustle you've been meaning to talk about out loud? Come pitch it. Or come listen and be part of the room that helps someone else sharpen theirs.

WDS Pitch Night is an evening where women share their ideas and projects and get feedback from the room. Brought to you by Women Devs SG. It's not a formal investor pitch competition. It's a space to practise saying your idea out loud and get honest input on it — and if you're not pitching, your presence and feedback are just as valuable.

What you'll do

  • Pitch your idea, project, or a problem you're working on, in a few minutes (if you're pitching)
  • Listen, ask questions, and give feedback to others (if you're in the audience)
  • Hear what others are building
  • Practise explaining your work clearly, or practise giving useful feedback

Who it's for
Women at any stage, whether you're pitching or just want to come along and be part of the audience. Any kind of idea is welcome — a side project, a startup concept, an app you wish existed, something you're stuck on. Doesn't need to be fully formed. No pitching experience required, and you don't need an idea to attend.

A little prep (optional but helpful)
If you're pitching, have a think before you arrive:

  • What's the idea or project you want to pitch?
  • What's the one thing you want feedback on?

Agenda

  • 6:30pm: Check-in and network
  • 7:00pm: Pitches begin
  • 8:30pm: Wind down and network, wrap up by 9:00pm

What to bring
Just yourself. If you're pitching, bring your idea.
