❤️ WeWiN Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bath: Honoring the Autumn Equinox

Details

### Join us as we welcome the autumn equinox through meditation, poetry, yoga and singing bowls.

On this upcoming Sunday, we will be honoring the equinox in a gentle practice that combines poetry, meditation and yoga based movement.

We will be immersing ourselves in a gentle flow inspired by the balance of light and dark as we ourselves focus on grounding, balance and introspection. All poses are merely suggestions and everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and modify as needed.

Donations are accepted, but not required. All donations will go to help cover the cost of the space.

The invitation is to bring an open heart, a curious mind and a desire to ground and feel a connection with upcoming season.

  • We will meet at the Serenity Room in the Casa de Luz Village. Parking is free in the parking lot along Toomey Road. Plan to arrive between 5:45 and 6PM. We will begin promptly at 6pm.
  • This gathering will take place in the Serenity Room.

****Let’s support Kayla as she shares her yoga and sound bowl passion with the Austin community!****

NOTE: This is a coed event and non WeWiN members will be present.

Everyone is responsible for taking care of their own physical needs, and we recommend that you bring:

  • Comfortable clothes/yoga clothes

WHERE TO MEET:

  • We will meet inside Casa de Luz Village which is located off of Toomey Road, which runs parallel to Barton Springs Road, behind Chuy's.
  • Please allow time to park and walk to the room. We will be starting right at 6pm to maximize our time in the space.
