Join us for a peaceful evening of movement, stillness, and healing with your community by the water.
This event is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and your spirit. We will begin with light yoga to open the body, followed by a guided sound bath at sunset. The entire experience will take place on an open-air platform overlooking the harbor.
Whether you are showing up to release tension, to care for your nervous system, or to simply share space with others in a beautiful place, you are welcome.
This gathering is open to all. No experience is needed.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel, wear comfortable clothing, and arrive early to settle in. Water and light snacks will be available.
This is about healing in public. Rest as resistance. Community as medicine.
