What we’re about
Women in Agile (WiA) is a collective effort to recruit, network, promote, and support the work of outstanding women in the agile community through blogging, speaking at events, and building a network among all people.
Women in Agile Bulgaria (WiA Bulgaria) shares the common values of Women in Agile and focuses on diversity and inclusion, as well as on connecting with others and sharing knowledge.
Our local group aims to support the local agile community and seeks to provide agile professionals and individuals interested in agile with the opportunity to connect with and learn from experienced professionals in the area.
We believe sharing ideas helps everyone, so we are providing a safe space to exchange knowledge and experience not only for women, but for all people.
Women in Agile and Women in Agile Bulgaria want to ensure a respectful, safe and inclusive environment for everyone, whenever they are engaged in Women in Agile Bulgaria activities, events, and operations. We do not tolerate harassing or disrespectful behavior, interactions, messages, or images, by any member, in any form. This includes business and social activities, regardless of location.
WiA Bulgaria is part of the Women in Agile non-profit organization which is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) that helps organize and champion these efforts worldwide.
