Women in Big Data (WiBD) is a Global non-profit organization with a mission to cultivate tangible opportunities, unlock talent potential through accessible training, act as a catalyst for advancement with thought leadership promotion, and empower equity allies of any gender. Broader diversity among leaders and practitioners will improve the use and function of big data, ensuring a future that is better for all of us. The WiBD community grew to over 18,000 members across 41 chapters and six continents, spreading inspiration, expanding networks, and promoting member success on an ever-expanding platform.
