Tech support - put your heart into your work

December is usually the month of Holidays and when we all reflect on the year behind us. It is also the time for acknowledging generosity and volunteerism that unites people of all ideologies.

Building on the success of the previous meet-up, this time, we invite you to look behind the scenes and find out about how various tech companies put their corporate social responsibility principles into action, with special attention to supporting girls and women in science or elsewhere.

Did you know many tech companies provide opportunities for their employees to give back and volunteer their knowledge for the greater good? In the first half of the event representatives from BlackRock, Cloudera and Prezi will speak about their cooperation with civil society organisations.

You have that volunteerism in you but did not know how to act on it? You have coding skills but never really knew you could actually be helping others to grow? What is in it for you? In the second half, we would like to inspire you and give you ideas as to how you can take your share in social responsibility.
