Interactive Panel Discussion: Hiring

As promised here a more detailed description of the event:

We will have an interactive panel discussion with the following panelists:
Emese Pogacsas – A engineering minded Leadership coach
Orsolya Lorincz – An IT career consultant
Anita Magyar – A talent acquisition Coordinator
Attila Ferik – An experienced leader and a pro in hiring
We will start to talk about Diversity and why it is beneficial for any company to have a diverse workforce.
We will also look at the resulting issues of a diverse workforce and how those can be managed.
We’ll then move over to how we can hire a diverse workforce (especially, but not exclusively regarding women), the aspects that need to be considered and respected, the opportunities that exist.
And finally, we will look at the other side i.e. the candidate, on what they can do to survive and blossom in the IT world
I want to keep the event as interactive as possible. So questions, problems, and aspects raised by the audience will be incorporated..

Also this time, we’ll ensure that there is some food and drinks to socialize, bond and create new connections after the official part.
