GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's two hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

Gather around my kitchen island to socialize over morning beverages (non-alcoholic) and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

This month we're reflecting on the past six months and looking ahead to the next six. Bring your calendar and journal!

Let's talk about different ways to celebrate your progress and successes, notice where you aren't where you thought you'd be, and reduce overwhelm as you move forward.

Midlife and beyond is a season of personal growth and increased self-compassion and understanding. This is the time to foster elements of your ideal life rather than waiting for 'someday'. Attend this GenX Connects event to plant and nurture the seeds you've been dreaming about!

I created GenX Connects for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting. Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to the transformational season of midlife and beyond may be discussed.

This event honors introverts and extroverts alike. Please attend to connect with other women, immerse yourself in positive vibes, and do something for Y O U ✨

This event is at a private location near 44th St. & Thomas Rd. The address is provided to pre-paid participants only.
