GenX Connects Online offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's 75 minutes to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

We’ll chat online via Google Meet about a different topic each month.

This month we're reflecting on the past six months and looking ahead to the next six. Bring your calendar and journal!

Let's talk about different ways to celebrate your progress and successes, notice where you aren't where you thought you'd be, and reduce overwhelm as you move forward.

Midlife and beyond is a season of personal growth and increased self-compassion and understanding. This is the time to foster elements of your ideal life rather than waiting for 'someday'. Attend this GenX Connects Online event to plant and nurture the seeds you've been dreaming about!

I created GenX Connects Online for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting. Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to the transformational season of midlife and beyond may be discussed.

This event honors introverts and extroverts alike! Attend to connect with other women who get it, immerse yourself in positive vibes, and do something for Y O U ✨
