GenX Connects offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's two hours to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

Gather around my kitchen island to socialize over morning beverages (non-alcoholic) and spend about an hour in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

The topic this month is simplicity!

Let's talk about how getting back to the simple basics can ease our minds, free up time, and make life more enjoyable.

We all overcomplicate at times. This is your chance to explore where that happens for you and how you might alleviate it. Join me to share, listen, and learn as you hear what others are experiencing around this topic.

I created GenX Connects for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions such as aging, perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, and empty nesting. Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to the transformational season of midlife and beyond may be discussed.

This event is at a private location near 44th St. & Thomas Rd. The address is provided to pre-paid participants only.
