GenX Connects Online offers a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond, listen and share compassionately, and have fun! It's 75 minutes to boost your well-being and learn from other women.

We’ll chat online via Google Meet about a different topic each month.

The topic for January is:
2026: Intentionally Creating a Year of Health and Well-Being.

Let’s build a loose framework that supports how you want to feel throughout the year. Body, mind, soul - what does 'healthy' look like for you? How do you define well-being?

Our conversation will take you through a few of the steps I use with clients. As a Life and Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, I see the clarity personal definitions can provide. Join me for a gentle, impactful start to 2026.

GenX Connects Online is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals -who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).

Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to this transformative season can be discussed.
