Movement & Mindset is BAAAACCCCKKK (but different)!!

Nurture the impactful connection between body and mind with this 90-minute session of feel-good movement and mindset work. Designed for the specific needs of women in midlife and beyond, this is a unique class you won’t find anywhere else.

Start with 45 minutes of gentle movement, focused on body-loving longevity boosters like strength, balance, and flexibility. Then transition into 45 minutes of guided mindset work. Both are led by Karli Newman (that’s me!), a Life and Wellness Coach for women in midlife and beyond, certified Group Fitness Instructor, and owner of FLIPSIDE OF MIDLIFE®.

This is more than just a class—it’s a positive and supportive community of kickass women!

In January, our time together allows you to embrace where you are, notice the areas of your mobility and mindset you’d like to enhance, and learn a few take-home exercises you can use in between sessions.

  • Movement & Mindset is appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications always available.
  • Be your authentic self and honor your body's needs and abilities. Attend each month to see and celebrate your progress in a supportive group setting.
  • Discover ways to approach midlife and beyond with a healthy body and positive mindset.
  • Connect with other women in midlife and beyond who are also traveling on this journey.
  • Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.

Each class is 90 minutes in total. Sign up for $30 before Friday, January 16th, at 9am. Space is limited.

A few need-to-knows:

  • Waivers are required for each participant. A link to complete a waiver online is included in your confirmation email when you register.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Plan to go barefoot or wear sport socks. Athletic shoes can be worn if going without is uncomfortable for you.
  • Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated (only water is allowed in the movement area).
