GenX Connects Online offers you a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond and connect with other women on this journey. This is 75 minutes designed to boost your well-being and enhance your social wellness.

This is a season of life where connection with other women who ‘get it’ becomes top of mind for many of us. Making friends is different now, so how do we go about it?

GenX Connects Online is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals -who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).

Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to this transformative season can be discussed.
