GenX Connects offers you a chance to talk about topics relevant to midlife and beyond and connect with other women on this journey. This event is designed to boost your well-being and enhance your social wellness.

Gather around my kitchen island to socialize over non-alcoholic morning beverages and spend about 75 minutes in a guided discussion around a specific topic.

Our June topic is:
Find Your Creative Side in Midlife and Beyond

Let's challenge how we think about creativity, how we express it, and how we share it with the world! Join me to engage in various creative activities that help you reconnect with your creative soul.

Discover creative sparks that fizzled or were never noticed before, then gather to discuss your experience.

There's always something to be learned when we gather for meaningful dialogue. Be part of the conversation on June 13th, my friend.

GenX Connects is for women in midlife and beyond - including cisgender women, trans women, and nonbinary individuals - who are navigating life transitions (you know, like peri/post-menopause, hormonal changes, aging, shifting relationships, and redefining what you want out of life).

Respectfully, I do my best to provide a safe and welcoming environment where sensitive issues related to this transformative season can be discussed.
