From Survival to Surfing: Working in Transformation, with Steph Chamberlain
Details
We’re so excited to welcome Steph Chamberlain to Women in Tech Birmingham this November! 💜
Join us on 24 November for an interactive workshop: “Working in transformation. From survival to surfing: A short story about identity, resistance, and the skills you already have.” 🏄♀️
Change at work isn’t slowing down, and with AI arriving in more and more teams, a lot of us are navigating transformation whether we planned to or not. Steph has spent over 20 years working in and running transformations, and she’s here to share what she has learned along the way, and what you can take from it.
What to expect
✨ An honest story from inside real transformations, including AI adoption
✨ A hands-on workshop to reflect on your own experience and the skills you already have
✨ Time to chat, ask questions and meet new people
✨ A friendly, welcoming space for all experience levels, with no preparation needed and no pressure to share
