Women in Tech Italy

## Welcome to Women in Tech Italy! 💙

Women in Tech® Italy is a community for women working in, studying, or simply curious about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
Our goal is to create a welcoming space where women can connect, share experiences, learn from each other, and build meaningful personal and professional relationships.
Whether you're a software engineer, scientist, designer, founder, student, career changer, or simply interested in STEM, you're welcome here!

What to expect ✨
We organize casual meetups, networking evenings, talks, and workshops covering topics like technology, AI, science, entrepreneurship, career growth, and more.

📍 We're currently most active in Milan, with plans to bring events to more cities across Italy!

Part of a global movement 🌍
We're proud to be part of Women in Tech® Global, an international movement working to close the gender gap in STEM, with a mission to empower 5 million women and girls by 2030.
