Are you coachable?

Details

Being coachable means you are open to learning, have a growth mindset, and are a good team member. Improving skills, being good at accepting feedback, and learning to be adaptable are key elements in today’s tech careers that are critical for demonstrating to your current and future employers that you are coachable. This panel will give us all concrete examples of how they demonstrate their coachability and the importance of doing so for career resilience.

About the speakers:

  • Alexandra (Xan) Niemeyer balances her results-driven sales track record with cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.
  • Bryn Narcisian blends her military and voice acting backgrounds with program management and a new passion for AI.
  • Liz Pomroy builds on her operations and project management skills by developing the PM community here in Denver.

This panel is passionate about team performance, business-technology partnerships, and leading success through empathy and strategic execution.
