About our speakers:
Laura Glaab is an educator-turned-technology professional and podcast host, passionate about exploring the intersection of innovation, people, and impact. Previously, at Amira Learning and Kyron Learning, she led teams in success, marketing, product, and R&D. Currently, she leads growth at MyFriendBen, a premier civic tech organization based in Denver. Her work has spanned multiple roles and significant growth, including developing and hosting two successful podcasts: The Signals and More Than a Test. She's hosted university presidents, superintendents from across the country, and some of her favorite authors and impact leaders. Her work blends curiosity, expertise, and storytelling, making her a trusted voice at the forefront of technology and dialogue. Formerly a teacher, she believes that all of us deserve to own a story with many chapters and opportunities to share those stories with one another.

Kate Socha is an Account Executive at The Doyle Group, where she builds strategic partnerships and connects businesses with top-tier technology talent to drive team success. She delivers customized solutions from contract and contract-to-hire placements to executive searches and nearshore/offshore services for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. With a background in industrial engineering and a consultative approach, Kate combines technical understanding with a focus on cultural alignment to help organizations build high-performing teams. As a passionate advocate for fostering lasting partnerships, Kate is an active participant in Denver's IT community. She frequently shares her insights on hiring, networking, and career development through presentations and speaking engagements, helping businesses and professionals alike build and join high-performing teams. Kate also leads The IT Leaders Podcast for The Doyle Group, where she spotlights technology executives and their insights on leadership, innovation, and growth.
