Kelsey Robb is a strategic advisor, executive coach, and partner of Portocol Business Strategies, where she helps leaders make decisions that hold up when plans fall apart. Drawing from her work with executives in high-pressure environments and her own experience navigating moments when clarity came the hard way, Kelsey is a passionate advocate for building real community in all aspects of our lives. Before joining Portocol, her career was built on leadership in analytics and operations, most recently as an executive at a commercial construction company.
