We are kicking off the second quarter of 2025 with Anja Shaer and her journey in real estate investing and more specifically short term and mid-term rentals.
Anja is a German native who ventured from behind the Iron Curtain to the United States, going after her own the American Dream, a journey filled with unexpected turns and inspiring triumphs. Today, she is a dedicated Real Estate Investor, Short Term Rental Owner & Operator, Co-Host and STR Coach based in the vibrant Metro Atlanta area.

Her entry into real estate literally happened by accident, sparked by a click on a Facebook ad. This accidental discovery ignited a passion for transforming distressed properties, buying & selling Real Estate and later venturing into the interesting space of short-term rentals, a niche where her creativity and meticulous attention to detail could shine. Over the past five years, she and her husband have developed a diverse portfolio of properties, navigating the complexities of the market and learning every nuance of this dynamic industry.

In 2024, they launched PeachHaus Furnished Rentals, a testament their commitment and expertise in the field. Their business not only caters to travelers seeking Short Term Rentals, but also supports local families, relocations, and corporate clients with beautifully furnished, temporary housing solutions (Mid Term stays). Most recently, they've expanded their services to include Co-Hosting, helping other property owners optimize their operations and maximize their earnings without the day-to-day hassles.
