As we navigate through all the craziness around us, it's more important than ever before to cultivate more peace, harmony, balance inside of ourselves.

Join me on Saturday to practice dedicating the first hour of the day to YOU!

Whether to meditate, walk the labyrinth, or journal ... you are encouraged to do what calls you in the beautiful early morning quietness.

Note: park in the Roble Field Garage, and walk on Santa Teresa St., one block to the Windhover Meditation Center on the Stanford campus.
