Start your morning with movement and good company as we walk the 5-mile loop at Stone Mountain Park. This is a great way to get in your steps, enjoy the scenery, and stay committed to your goals—all at your own pace.

Please note: I’m not a professional trainer—this is a casual walk, not a workout class. Walk at your own pace and do what feels good for your body.

What to Bring:

Comfortable walking shoes

Water bottle

Towel or small cloth (optional)

Parking: We will park at Truist Bank and walk into the park together. You are welcome to park inside the park if you have a pass or want to pay.
