Women of Peace Peace Corps Legacy Small Group Gathering Series

WPCL is excited to launch a new series of small, informal gatherings designed to bring together women who worked for or served in the Peace Corps. We hope these community-centered gatherings will be an opportunity to connect across experiences, meet new people, and spend time together in a more personal setting.

These events are intentionally kept small (8–10 people) to create space for meaningful conversation, connection, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Picnic at Lincoln Park

Location: Lincoln Park, Capitol Hill (near the corner of 11th St and East Capitol)
Details: Join a small group of WPCL members and supporters for a casual picnic in the park. Picnic blankets, a few chairs, and light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring additional snacks or BYOB. The conversation will center on community and connection: what these mean to you and how they show up in your life.
