Eugene Women’s Circle
Details
Community women’s circle🌹⭕️✨
This is an invitation for connection, singing, embodiment practices & authentic relating exercises. Every month there’s a new theme and every circle will be craft with love and intention but also adjust to the groups needs and collective cycles.
This month theme 🐚:
The power of presence
Have you ever left a social setting and wondered “where did my energy go?”
Do you ever feel drained or overwhelmed after gatherings? Are you easily impacted by other people’s moods or opinions? (Side note: The energy pulling in different directions is only one energy type and I don’t want to limit it to that one but also allow space for other experiences).
If so, you are not alone. Many women carey energetic patterns that make it hard to stay open-hearted and feel safe and grounded at the same time.
In this 2-hr women’s circle we’ll explore embodiment practices that help you stay open-hearted without draining your energy. You’ll learn how to create safety and a sense of groundedness no matter who’s around you.
Through guided practices, you’ll begin to:
-Strengthen your energetic boundaries so you can stop feeling depleted
-Create natural space between you and others without closing your heart
-Reclaim your space so you can feel centered, calm, and confident when attention is on you.
We’ll tap into the collective power of the group. Practicing these skills in a safe supportive container helps you see your energetic patterns more clearly and get the support to begin shifting them.
This is about coming home to yourself—owning the space that’s already yours and discovering how containment creates more presence, power, and radiance.
