This outdoor Women’s Self Defense & Exercise Bootcamp is designed for every woman that would like to experience empowerment through exercise and learn several important practical skills for safety.
It is a fun way to build confidence, strength and connect with other powerful women.
Bring a yoga mat if you’d like, some exercises and techniques will be on the ground. No experience necessary.

Ages 15 and up.
