Join us for Taste of the Forest: Chopped Mushroom Challenge! Get ready for a night where culinary creativity meets full-on competition.
Two incredible chefs - Chase and Shaun - will compete head-to-head in a high-energy, mushroom-focused Chopped-style challenge, at Mushroom Mountain.
Each chef will craft five unique courses, featuring some of the forest’s most prized mushrooms:
Lion’s Mane, Black Trumpet, Maitake, Lobster, and Chanterelles.
Every dish will highlight mushrooms in bold, unexpected ways - pushing flavor, texture, and creativity to the edge.
This is a sit-down dining experience, but with a twist:

After each course, you’ll help decide who takes the crown.
Expect a dynamic menu that may include one or two meat courses (this is not a vegetarian dinner), but mushrooms will be the star of every plate.
