This group space is all about connecting to the vision we have for our lives, and celebrating thriving, in community.
We will enter into topics and activities that allow space in our mind and body to actually move through what keeps us stuck in thinking "we can't have what we want" and release the patterns that keep the body from having the energy to actually move toward it. Plus, we'll have some laughs while doing it. Because come on, when did life become so serious?!
