Transforming Your Imposter Syndrome by Natalia Samman

Too many of us live with a worry inside: am I good enough? Will people notice my flaws? Are the others smarter or more capable than I am? Do I belong?

This worry is called "Imposter Syndrome".

The truth is, this worry is a message from your subconscious mind. The message has a purpose. At the moment, this worry may hold you back from achieving your goals. But when we listen to the message and follow the plan, Imposter Syndrome can be transformed into our greatest superpower.

Join Women4Cyber Finland for a free one-hour webinar with Natalia Samman, CEO of Burnout Solutions.

## W4CFI - How to Stay Ready When the Work is Never Done

We’re back with another evening to bring together experienced women in cybersecurity to share experiences and talk about things that don’t always get discussed at work. Whether you joined us last time or this will be your first visit, we'd love to see you there!

Join us for an evening with Jarna Hartikainen for a discussion on how to keep up with mental well-being and resilience in a field where (cyber) threats are constantly evolving and things are happening 24/7.

The speed of change is constant, and the sense of purpose and excitement that comes with the work can easily draw us in completely.

At the same time, we need to remember to look after ourselves and make sure we can sustain our energy and well-being over the long term.

Cyber never sleeps, but you should.
