Understanding your body in your 40s can feel overwhelming, especially as changes arise that may be hard to talk about.
Join us for a supportive and informative session with Reshma, a pharmacist clinician specialising in Hormonal Health from Amber Green Clinics.
As a pharmacist-led clinic Amber Green Clinics offers a range of educational insights, including understanding epigenetic blood tests, approaches for managing health during midlife, and information on additional support options such as supplementation.
For women who do not want to or cannot take HRT, specialist advice and alternative support will be discussed. This event is focused on helping you better understand hormonal health and menopause, so you can make informed choices for your well-being.
Whether you are navigating perimenopause, in the midst of menopause, or simply curious about your hormonal well-being, this coffee morning offers a safe, judgment-free space to learn and connect.
Reshma will guide you through the complexities of hormonal imbalance, exploring its significant impact on physical, mental, and emotional health.
You will learn how to:
• Spotting the Signs
How to identify common, often overlooked symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, and brain fog.
• The Power of Early Diagnosis
