The Middle Leap retreat is a transformative 4-day programme designed for entrepreneurial women who are startup founders, business owners, investors and emerging corporate leaders looking to evolve to their next level and support each other in their personal and professional growth.
Ideally, you are in your 30s or 40s and ready to foster genuine connections with like-minded women. Ideal participants have already started their own businesses, have some traction already or have 5-10 years of relevant work experience or leadership positions in their industries. An application process will be carried out via a form selection and a video interview.

Two social impact entrepreneurs hungry to creat women circles and empower each other.

Elena Rabina: Co-Founder
Elena is a seasoned investor in real estate, stock markets and angel investor for female-owned startups. Her experience spans investment banking, global business, community building and entrepreneurship.

Igone Ruiz de Azúa: Co-Founder
Igone is a People Consultant and Founder within the EdTech sector. She has worked across startups, scaleups and corporates focusing on employee wellbeing, sustainability and escalability.

### About Javea, Costa Blanca

Jávea (also spelled Xàbia in Valencian) is a charming coastal town located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, southeastern Spain. It’s known for its beautiful beaches, Mediterranean climate, and a mix of traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities.

• Arenal Beach (Playa del Arenal): The main sandy beach with a promenade full of restaurants, bars, and shops — family-friendly and lively.
• Old Town (Centro Histórico): Inland from the coast, this area has narrow streets, whitewashed buildings, a Gothic church (Iglesia de San Bartolomé), and a local market.
• Port Area: A working fishing port with a marina, pebble beaches, and excellent seafood restaurants. More laid-back and local in feel.
