Women's Business Strategy Book Club

A book club for women who love business strategy!

We'll meet every Saturday at noon at a woman-owned cafe in St. Pete, discuss the current book, and trade advice for our current strategy challenges in our professional lives.

I'll provide a link to a summary version of each book. It's perfectly fine to just read the summary instead of the whole book. I'll bring printouts of the summary to the meeting as well. I can attest that I will show up to most meetings not having read the full book, but having read the summaries thoroughly. So if you do the same, that's totally fine!

This is for you whether you are on a corporate track, working in nonprofit or government, an entrepreneur, or working on a "passion project" or volunteer gig where strategy is needed. The group is for women of all ages and political affiliations.

The $5 fee is primarily to increase commitment for RSVPs. Refunds are allowed only if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. I'll use the money to cover the costs of running the Meetup group. If there is money left over, I'll think of a way to use the money to add something to the event - maybe arranging with the cafe to provide a complimentary treat.
