This Breathwork Ceremony invites you to release and surrender to the rhythm of their breath. This Ceremony is an intentionally curated music & breath experience, setting the stage for profound inner exploration.

In this breathwork experience, souls gather. Each one a unique thread in the tapestry of human experience, united in a quest for connection and healing. With eyes closed and hearts open, we will journey inward, guided by the powerful Somatic Breath Activation breathwork technique.

Each inhale, an invitation to dive deeper into your vast inner knowing, each exhale a release of all that no longer serves. We invite spirit guides and ancestors to join the space and bring messages that are in support of our journey.

Through the gentle guidance of Chelsea Carter, participants are invited to witness the full spectrum of their emotions, embracing both light and shadow with compassion and acceptance. In this Sanctuary of Self-Discovery, the boundaries between inner and outer worlds blur, and a profound sense of oneness fills the room.

As the ceremony draws to a close, you will emerge from your journey with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose, your spirit uplifted and hearts open.
