About us

Are you a woman on a healing journey who would like to experience more peaceful moments, find an encouraging and understanding tribe, and enjoy wellness events?

Coping with chronic illness or chronic energy depletion can feel like an isolating experience, but it doesn't have to be. This group is for women recovering from chronic illness, burnout, overwhelm and chronic stress, who would like to have more peace and quiet in their lives, and meet similar friends. We focus on quiet, restorative activities that nuture mind body wellness, such as: nature walks, Mindfulness meditation, journaling, gentle yoga, having tea, sharing our experiences, and fostering meaningful friendships.

Some of the events are free to members, and other events are paid.

Important Note: We are not medical doctors, and none of our events are a substitute for medical treatment or therapy.

Group Membership Requirements:

  • This group is open to women and non-binary people.
  • A clear picture of your face on your Meetup profile. This helps us identify each other when meeting up.

Group Rules:

  • Practice kindness and encouragement to other members. Any bullying behavior, harassment, etc. is grounds for removal.
  • No solicitation. Do not promote your business, products, or services without permission from the organizer.
  • We are a drug-free group. Please refrain from promoting drug use of any kind. Thank you.
