Women's Circle - Meditation and Creative Inspiration

DANCE, MEDITATE and GET YOUR CREATIVE PROJECTS MOVING!

Our last circle was such a success that, as requested, I'll be hosting this every two weeks for the next month.

This is a FREE event to help support our community to feel connected to each other, our souls and our passion for life.

This women's circle also focuses on staying accountable to our creative longings and completing projects!

This week we will use DANCE as a tool to deepen your meditation practice. We will also share and set goals on our creative longings. I've got some great tools to share with you!

Arrival and Social: 7:15 pm - 7:30 pm
Meditation and sharing 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

What to bring:
-Comfortable Pillow to sit on
-Water
-Journal or something to take notes on

What to expect:
Once you arrive you will be invited to participate in a small symbolic gesture of leaving your outside world behind, while entering a space just for nurturing your soul.

Arrival is 7:15 pm and class starts punctually at 7:30 pm.

After class, you are welcome to stay until 9:30 pm. So, there is time to connect and socialize before the meditation and meet other amazing women!
