Join our Women's Reproductive Health & Recovery Walking Group for a supportive way to improve your fitness and wellbeing, and make connections with like-minded individuals. Whether you're navigating reproductive health challenges such as Endometriosis, PCOS, Uterine Fibroids or recovering from surgery or even childbirth, walking is a gentle and effective way to improve your physical and mental well-being. We'll meet regularly to walk and talk, sharing stories, tips, and encouragement along the way.
This is a private group and together we will decide on where to meet that is comfortable and safe for us all. Your privacy and safety are important especially while navigating your health.
