Event:
Inclusive Vibe Women's Winter Tea Exchange Social & Snacks
Theme/ What to Bring:
Choose your favorite tea and bring a sachet, one for each of
the reserved guests. By the end, each attendee will walk
away with multiple new teas to try or share with loved ones
over their Winter Celebrations.
Check the total number of attendees and plan to bring
the appropriate amount of tea for each person.
What We Will Do:
1. Get Settled
Grab a seat, order off the menu.
2. Intro's
Officially go around and introduce ourselves by name. Please give the person speaking uninterrupted time to share until we get through all member introductions.
3. Conversational Topic Activity ~
I am really looking forward to this one. Explanation will be given during the activity.
4. Tea Exchange -
I will have little bags for everyone, and each person will pass out a tea sachet to all the members in attendance (please check the attendee list to know how many tea sachets to bring today). If anyone wants to share about the tea or why they chose it, we would love to hear it if time permits. Please be mindful of the time and space you take up, and allow others time to share as well.
5. Closing -
At the close of the meeting, each will take a moment to share, uninterrupted, one word to describe their time today with Women's Bold Bonds: The Inclusive Vibe Collective.
Can't Make It?
If you RSVP & can not attend for any reason, please move your reservation to "not going" asap, or kindly message me if you find yourself in a bind and are unable to change your attendance before the meeting. I understand that life happens sometimes. If you are a "no-show", you may be removed from the group if I do not hear from you.
