The Event:
Our First Brunch with the Bold Ones of the 2026 New Year. Reuse by wearing your fave 2026 party favor accessories from January First!

What to Bring:
Wear your funky and fun 2026 leftover party gear.
You know - those tiaras that sparkle, the glasses that say 2026/ or Happy New Year, paper hats, shiny beads, foil horns, or plastic leis.

Who's Coming:
The women attending this group are of all ages and walks of life.

This is strictly a WOMEN’S ONLY EVENT- any men will be politely directed elsewhere by Michelle (group founder) or the restaurant owner. Thank you for being considerate of this particular collective member's requirements. Please search for other Meet Ups that are mixed gender socials; there are many great ones here on MeetUp.

Event Cancelation:

A week before the MeetUp event, I will send another invitation to the members. If we do not have at least four people signed up five days prior to the event, it will be cancelled due to lack of participation.

Can't Make It?
If you RSVP & can not attend for any reason, please move your reservation to "not going" asap, or kindly message me if you find yourself in a bind and are unable to change your attendance before the meeting. I understand that life happens sometimes. If you are a "no-show", you may be removed from the group if I do not hear from you.

What's Up at Brunch:
1. Get Settled
Find your seat, get comfortable, take a look at the menu, and order.

2. Get-to-Know-You Roundtable
Once the majority has been settled, we will have an uninterrupted get-to-know-you roundtable for each person to take a minute or so to tell us a little bit about themselves and what brought them to The Women's Bold Bonds Collective.

2. Open Flow Conversation
Once introductions are complete, we will move into the organic flow of conversation.

3. Activity (only if needed)
If we need a spark, I will have some creative ways that we can connect.

3. Optional Group Photo
At some point before we wind down, we'll take a group photo for those who would like to be included in our MeetUp site memories. The photo will be posted here on our MeetUp event page. The photo is always optional and never required.

5. We each will share without interruption, something gained, whether it be insight, connection, more questions, or thoughts.

The Restaurant:
You are not required to purchase a meal to join in the fun, but even a smaller purchase of two items would be suggested to thank the restaurant for providing the space so generously. ****

The restaurant is very accommodating to various allergies or food preferences. Just have a chat with the server if you have any questions or special requests. They do have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on the menu.

There will be separate checks, so no need to worry about splitting the check.

**** The two-item minimum is truly a suggestion rather than a requirement or demand, because it is desired for the women in this collective to consider each other's needs and create equitable relational spaces in which all feel they can easily step into. As we like to say, we desire your presence, not anything more.
