Women Techmakers events are designed to promote an environment of inclusivity for women in technology, as well as celebrate women leading the industry. We want to advance, grow and celebrate women developers, designers, and technology entrepreneurs.

moinworld is a non-profit organization focused on empowering and promoting women in tech. We aspire to provide women with the tools and abilities to grow their careers in the tech arena by hosting inspiration events, providing practical tools, creating a supportive community and providing mentorship guidance.

After a long time with no Meetups its time to meet the community again! Join us for an evening of networking and learn from Sara's and Melissa's experience on how to have a successful start into software development for you as a junior or how it can be supported by you as a team leader.

Sara und Melissa wissen aus eigener Erfahrung, wie entscheidend ein guter Onboarding-Prozess für den erfolgreichen Einstieg in die IT ist. Als Absolventinnen eines Bootcamps standen sie selbst vor den Herausforderungen, mit denen viele Berufseinsteiger:innen heute konfrontiert sind. Seitdem haben sie zahlreiche Juniors begleitet und aktiv am Onboarding neuer Talente mitgewirkt.
Seid bei diesem Networking Event dabei und lernt von Saras und Melissas Erfahrungen, wie ein erfolgreicher Einstieg in die Softwareentwicklung für euch als Junioren gelingen kann oder wie ihr ihn als Teamleitung unterstützen könnt.
