About us

This community is all about wonder and connection.
Guided by Meg, a mindfulness coach and founder of Finding balance with Meg.

Wonder Walks start with a mindfulness walk though a local park to check in with ourselves and notice the world around us. In the second part, we walk or sit in a cafe, chat and connect. I hope you'll leave with a sense of connection to yourself, nature, and the people around you. These walks are free to join, donations are welcome.

In the Wonder Workshops, expect slow movement, guided meditation, journalling, sound, tea, a quiet moment to connect with yourself and, if you're up for it, an opportunity to connect to those around you. This is a cozy space where you are invited to rest and reflect on your inner world. Wonder Workshops are paid events.
