As a leadership development & wellbeing consultant, she helps ambitious humans rest, recover, and regulate their nervous systems to stay extraordinary. She is also a brand & marketing strategist for visionary brands to cultivate meaningful resonance. Both ventures are guided by a shared philosophy of greater clarity, deepened connection, and sustainable growth.
