This talk describes what an AI Native team actually is and how it works.
Additionally it describes how we practice being AI Native in the AI Native Practitioner Programme.

This session is to help you decide whether the programme is for you.

What we'll cover: how an AI native pod actually works week to week, the roles you can take and what each one owns, the 19 artefacts you leave with in the programme, and what the review feels like when someone asks you to defend a decision. Then questions. Bring the ones that are actually stopping you.
