This group is perfect for anyone interested in exploring wood carving. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or a seasoned woodworker wanting to try something new, our workshops provide a supportive and collaborative environment to explore and learn something new. Join us to connect with like-minded individuals and unleash your creativity as we craft beautiful and functional pieces from wood. WARNING: once you start carving, you might never stop!
We offer wood carving workshops in the South Bay and on the Peninsula. You can register online on www.studio-francine.com.
We use Japanese carving tools and you will learn how to use these safely during the class. We carve with bass wood blanks.
Spoon carving class:
- 2,5 hours
- $100 per person
- all materials are provided and you will go home with your own handmade spoon
