Natural Elevation Training at Terramont + Hike

Join me in using the disc golf hills for some natural surface elevation training, I.e. walking up and down the hills. Usually just shy of a mile total with 15-20 stair equivalents in elevation.
Probably will stretch, then do as much as I can do for the first the hour on the hills. Likely then stretch afterwards as well. Nothing too sophisticated.
Short-ish walk then along the backwoods and then paved paths around the area for about 6 miles starting at 7:45 AM if you'd like to join in then and skip the hills!
There are facilities at Terramont Park if needed!
I'm thinking ahead to some time around Hot Springs in the hills of the Ozarks in September and prepping as best I can.
