Lone Star Trail Hike

Enjoy the cooler fall weather with a hike along the Lone Star Trail. We'll meet at Trailhead #12 at 11 AM. From there we can either shuttle cars and do a 6.1 mile one way hike between trailheads 11 and 12 or do a 5.2 mile out and back hike between trailheads 12 and 13.
The trails are well marked but not paved and can get muddy after rain. They pass through East Texas Pine forest. Some creek crossings do not have bridges. There are no restroom facilities, the closest ones will probably be in Shepherd.
