Dear All,
This month, by popular demand, we'll discuss and share ideas around how using AI can create better WordPress websites. Whether you run a personal blog, a service site, or an e-commerce store, you’ll gain new ideas and techniques. Do register for the Zoom link here:

Chris and I will kick things off with a couple of ideas, more to encourage everyone to share their thoughts, challenges and ideas. The topics might include some of these that were suggested by ChatGPT ....:

  • Automated content creation & optimization: How AI tools help generate draft copy, headline variations, metadata suggestions and image captions. Plus how to integrate them into your editorial workflow.
  • Smart image / visual assets generation: Using AI-powered image tools (for example, generative-AI, background removal, upscaling) can streamline your design pipeline, reduce stock-image costs, and enhance visual branding.
  • Personalisation & segmentation via AI: Techniques for serving dynamic content (based on user behaviour or profile) on a WordPress site. AI models or plugins can help recommend content, show relevant CTAs, or adapt navigation flows.
  • Improving UX and conversion with AI analytics: Interpreting user-data, chat-bots, heat-map insights + predictive behaviour modelling—then feeding those insights back into your WordPress theme, layout or plugin choices.
  • Ethics, accessibility & AI-bias issues: As you amplify content and visuals with AI, we’ll raise questions about bias, copyright, diversity of representation, and accessibility to ensure your site remains inclusive and legally compliant.
  • Hands-on breakout sessions: Attendees will have the opportunity (via screen-share) to demo one tool or plugin they’re using (or considering), show a challenge they have (e.g., slow image workflow, poor content conversion) and get peer feedback and suggestions.
  • Next-steps and take-away toolkit: We’ll wrap with a crowd-sourced list of plugins, AI-services, design-flows and checklists that you can apply in the following week to experiment on your own site.

Beginner or advanced, we’re here to learn from one another. As always, our friendly regulars from the UK, Europe, and the USA will be joining in.
