In anticipation of the first annual WordPress Accessibility Day (24-hour global event on October 2) and it's Call for Speakers closing August 15th, we're hosting a joint meetup of three Meetups located in the valleys north of Los Angeles to highlight this important topic.

Join us as we offer three consecutive Meetups on Saturday, August 8th that will discuss accessibility in WordPress through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.

LAINEY FEINGOLD, Legal Considerations with Accessibility.

Lainey is a disability rights lawyer who focuses on digital accessibility, an author, and an international speaker and trainer. She represents disabled people seeking full participation in all society has to offer. Her principal work is with the blind and visually impaired community on technology and information access issues, including web and mobile accessibility.

Along with co-counsel, she has developed Structured Negotiation, an alternative to filing a lawsuit that emphasizes collaboration and focuses on solution.
