🎌 Flirting in Japanese: Polite, Charming and Respectful – Live on Zoom

No Japanese needed: this is a live beginner class on Zoom, explained in English. Start a friendly conversation, give a compliment, ask someone out and say or hear no gracefully, in polite Japanese.

In the hour, you'll learn to:

  • Understand ε₯½γγ§γ™, δ»˜γεˆγ£γ¦γγ γ•γ„ and why 愛してる is rare
  • Swap LINE contacts and send a friendly follow-up
  • Invite someone out with the soft γ€œγΎγ›γ‚“γ‹? form
  • Say no politely, recognise an indirect no, and take no gracefully
  • Start a polite conversation and ask about someone's hobbies

Every phrase comes with romaji, so you don't need to read Japanese yet.

You repeat together with the whole class (nobody is singled out), then practise in small breakout rooms of 2 or 3. Afterwards your phrase sheet with a pronunciation guide stays in your account.

At most 12 people. Camera optional, nothing recorded, so feel free to get things wrong.

RSVP here, then register through the link below to book your place.
