### Discover Mindful Productivity: A Study/Work Group with Meditation Breaks

Do you find yourself needing to work or study on weekends but longing for a way to do it without feeling drained or burnt out? Are you looking to infuse mindfulness into your day, making your efforts more focused, intentional, and life-giving? This event is designed for those who want to maximize mindfulness while engaging in their regular responsibilities.
This unique study/work practice group offers the depth of a meditation retreat while keeping you grounded in your daily tasks. By weaving meditation and mindfulness into the flow of your work or study, you’ll learn to engage with your activities more consciously, prevent burnout, and create a more sustainable, nourishing approach to productivity.

### What to Expect

Morning Meditation & Intention (30 minutes):
We begin our day together on Zoom with a 30-minute guided meditation and intention-setting session. This communal practice cultivates clarity and helps establish the tone for mindful engagement throughout the day. Share your goals, or simply hold your intentions silently—this space is for you.

Mindful Work/Study with Hourly Pauses (5-20 minutes):
Instead of rushing through your day, you’ll treat each task—whether working, studying, or managing chores—as an extension of mindful living. Drawing inspiration from Plum Village traditions, we pause together at 55 minutes past the hour for either a brief 5-minute meditation or a longer 20-minute practice (alternating each hour). These pauses help recalibrate your focus, deepen your mindfulness, and bring fresh energy to your work or study.

Evening Reflection & Closing Meditation:
At the end of the day, we regroup for a longer meditation and reflective discussion. Share your insights, challenges, and strategies for mindful engagement. This collective reflection fosters learning, connection, and deeper integration of mindfulness into everyday life.
