In this 1 hour 45 minute intro session, you’ll:

• pick one small workflow or task to improve
• apply the WorkLab “AI Habit Framework”
• spend 45 minutes in quiet deep work using AI
• reflect lightly on what improved (optional)
• meet other operators and professionals who work the same way

You bring your own task — a report, prompt library, SOP, analysis, deck, email, competitor scan, anything — and simply get it done.
